So, this is my first blog in YEARS since using a livejournal account, yeah...it's been that long. Anyhow, a good friend, and brother, Evan Arciniega, inspired me to want to pick up blogging again. I don't know how often or how well I'm gonna keep with this, but...why not? It's 2011 right?
Having mentioned that I haven't done this in a while, it'd be safe to assume that LOTS of things have changed. I'm a different person than I was when I was living 2 1/2 hours south of SA. I think my mindset is different, I've grown in age and in intellect. This mediocre mentality I used to have is gone, I no longer settle for less, I strive for more. I try to be and do better than the day before. I appreciate things more. I love to live, and I live to love.
I've been to hell and back, lost friends, kept a few, made some new ones. I've been outcast, ridiculed, persecuted, and tried. However, I've opened up new doors and opened up my heart to more people. I take the curve balls...and pray I don't swing out.
Life is great, and I wouldn't change a thing.
